This achievement requires a little more effort than the previous two.
Click on the Main Module that you built earlier and select "Communications". Purchase a "Solar Panel/Battery" and as many "Random Loot" drops as you can afford. When the goods have landed, keep an eye out for a blueprint for a large battery, along with a Solar Panel.
There should be at least one of each in the loot drops, so build the Solar Panel first, then pop the Battery next to it and the achievement will unlock.
If you don't receive the items you require, pick up the rocks, go to your Lunar Lander and select "Laboratory". Click on "Explore" and wait until your rocks have depleted. This will provide you with more cash to buy more crates.
