In the map editor, create a scenario with 2 players.
Place 20 Villagers for Player 2 (Red) and surround them with Palisade Walls so they don't move around.
Now place 20 Monks for Player 1 (Blue) outside the palisade.
Test the scenario and use your monks to convert the villagers.
