This requires you to get up to 1000 points, meaning you must pass at least 9 vehicles in a row without colliding with anything to get it. It is fairly easy to get, just drive cautiously. It is worse to get your number reset entirely with a collision or by going out of bounds than it is to let it tick down a bit because you cannot safely pass.
