To obtain this achievement you need to have the Revision soundtrack enabled. While in the main menu, open console by hitting the ~ key, now type Saxbomb and hit enter and the achievement will be yours.
Jenova_20Hitting the ~ key doesn't do anything, even when using shift, while on the main menu, in game, etc.
