When you complete the first mission involving Koller (one of the first two missions you receive upon arrival in Prague), you'll learn about experimental augmentations and your augmentations will be reset back to "Factor Zero." At this point you can save the game, then immediately choose one of the experimental augmentations to unlock the achievement. Reload the save if you don't want to keep it (for now).
