During your second visit to UNATCO HQ, you'll have to wait outside Manderley's office, while he has a conversation with Walton Simons. When Simons leaves, follow him down to the detention area and quickly enter the interrogation room when he opens the door to get in. Either kill or knock out the two NSF prisoners in there to receive this achievement.

Tip: If you wait too long, Simons will kill them instead.
Amarand AgasiIf you don't mind using the code to the door, found elsewhere, you can just run ahead of Simons, unlock the door, stealth kill both the terrorists, then take your time waiting for Simons to arrive, say "Jesus Christ, Denton" (I then say "That's my name!") and then the achievement pops as well. The achievement pops as soon as Simons says his line.
