To get this achivement first you need to allow Angela to join your party. She can be found in the Rangers Citadel, near the exit to the Wasteland. Once you have her follow Ace's logbook quest and you will end up in Rail Nomad Camp where in Gorkinivoch's Bar a scene will take place where after a quick conversation with Samuel about Ace, Angela will kill him.
