In order to get this achievement you must have found Paul's secret room in his apartment during a previous visit to Hell's Kitchen. You visit this level 3 times so you have a couple chances. Simply open it up for a second time and the achievement is yours.
Note: It might only unlock during your third and final visit to Hell's Kitchen.
