During the Paris Catacombs level (before entering the catacombs), proceed through the streets until you find a Metro Station. Directly next to the Metro station is a building you can enter. Find the office next to the stairs leading down and break the window to enter (be warned this does set off an alarm). Interact with the phone on the desk to receive the achievement.
