100 times is 100 times, so there is no real fast way of doing this...

But I guess the fastest would be starting the neon rooftop level (with default character). You spawn right next to an exploding thingie, so press space, die, then press any key to restart, press space, die...
SivargI used a workshop map for this, spawning right next to logs that when pressed space, would fall and kill me. I could even trigger it while the loading screen was there and heard it, and so I pressed space every 2 seconds and it took a few minutes to do. So look for these types of maps with their description which details the achievements the maps have.
