This achievement is earned by winning at least one game as both Orange and Blue team during Snow Day matches. If you want to get this quickly you can do it alone in Exhibition.

Load up an Exhibition game with these settings:

Game Type: Snow Day
Arena/Map: Any
Team Size: 1v1
Bot Difficulty: No Bots
Mutator Settings: Max Goal = 1

As soon as the match begins pick the Blue or Orange team. You will be a lone with no bots so simply make a goal and the match will be over in seconds. Hit rematch to start another game and pick the team opposite of who you just won a game with, score a goal, Achievement unlocked.
