This is earned by shooting a goal from your side of the arena/ice. Whatever team you are, you will need to stick on your half of the court and snipe a goal. This can easily be done alone in an Exhibition game.
Load up an Exhibition game with these settings:
Game Type: Snow Day
Arena/Map: Any
Team Size: 1v1
Bot Difficulty: No Bots
Mutator Settings: Max Goal = 1
When you start don't immediately score the puck. Try to knock it back towards your goal a little bit to ensure you're hitting it from your side. THen line up the shot and after the goal is made the achievement will pop.
