This is one of three (major) endings to the game. You can get this in the last (non-epilogue) chapter called "Final Countdown".
In this chapter you will have to fight both The Oracle and the AI. If you beat both of them, and finish the chapter, you will unlock this achievement.
To get the other endings you have to restart the chapter from the beginning.
