You get this achievement in the "Doubles or Quits" chapter (~chapter 16). You just need to successfully do a series of QTEs to win the game, gaining 10 baskets for Tyler before Jeffrey reaches 10. A successful QTE will win you a point if you have the ball, or prevent Jeffrey from getting a point if he has it.
