On to the achievement, Luiz Henrique goes on to describe this exact process to work,
"In the beginning of the game, choose "I would like a custom Alice"
In the custom menu, do the distribution of points in this way:
Survival: 1 point
Fitness: 2 points
Social Life: 2 points
Supplies: 2 points
Career: 0 point
Dating: 2 points
Finish customizing and start the game
Choose the options:
"I went with Ches, to help him out with his sister"
In the Inventory Screen, take these itens:
Take food
Take food
Take Flashlight
Choose the options:
"We decided to walk out of the worst chaos"
"I kept walking, intending to get away from danger before i had to stop walking"
"For 24 hours"
"I wanted to keep going"
"I went up to them and confronted them."
"I tried talking my way through" "
