Completed in 'Road to Victory' stage. There is a part where Deadpol mentions how obvious it is you're entering a lair ("could it be more obvious").

There is a bathroom on the left hand side with some ammo and DP points. Grab them all to get this. You may need to fire off a few pistol shots to make space for the ammo.
