I'm not sure of exactly what every buyer wants because the system is very weird, but I'll list what worked for me. In all cases I used their respective moodboards for inspiration with color and furniture style.

Hanada Natsune:

>Used the Ramen Shop.
>Replaced every Asian-style furniture, windows, doors, etc. with Homefort, Extravaganza and Futuro.
>Made 3 bedrooms upstairs, and an extra one in the room at the back of the house.
>Built a tiny garage in the space to the left of the house, starting right after the bamboo door.
>Made a playing area for the kids outside, with a playhouse, a sandbox and a see-saw.


Nohara Reina:

>Used the 100-yen Shop.
>Sold shelves and all the random stuff on them.
>Replaced old fridges with new ones and filled them with different beverages.
>Placed some Staroche cabinets.
>Cash register.
>Refrigerated display with some dangos, onigiri, taiyaki, etc.
>Extravaganza rugs and lights.
>Tables and chairs.
>Vending machines.
>Gacha machines.
>Kettle and coffee machine.
>I left the room at the back as storage. I created a small living area in the hidden room but she said she didn't need a bed, so it's not necessary.


Okada Kota:

>Mashup mansion because it already has a big garden and a zen garden.
>Sold absolutely every piece of furniture and replaced with Asian-style furniture only.
>Demolished the random balcony at the front of the house.
>Used the garage that's already there, just made it big enough to fit two garage doors.
>Walk-in closet.
>Made the pool at the back of the house back into an onsen.
>Open concept kitchen.
>Dedicated room for calligraphy stuff.

*I could not, for the life of me, figure out what he meant by "sitting room" but it didn't matter, he still loved the house even without that.


Osako Kenichi:

>Minshuku (already has garage).
>Dinging room big enough for 5 people.
>Open concept kitchen.
>At least 3 bedrooms.
>At least 2 bathrooms.

*I got this one by accident. I was fixing this house for Hanada but she didn't even make an offer. Instead, Osako loved it even tho his moodboard says "no expensive furniture" and this house was full of Futuro and Extravaganza furniture. Apparently he only cares about a big dining room, a lot of bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms.


Sven Nilsson:

>Great investment lot, tho you can use any of the empty lots.
>Sold everything and built a very basic house.
>Asian-style roof.
>Shoji doors and windows.
>Asian-style furniture.
>Sauna.
>Darkroom (made a tiny room with absolutely nothing inside).


After all the buyers are impressed, you'll get the achievement.
