In chapter 3: Chi Leung in level 1.1 (First one on the left after exiting the train) you'll get the camera. Take a picture of the battery and paste it in the world. Then take a picture of the 2 batteries, and paste it in the world. Repeat this until you have the maximum amount of batteries
