Multiplayer is pretty much non existent in this game now and you can not purchase any more copies to boost yourself with 2 accounts + PCs. So you can only do this with people who have the game. The way I had unlocked the online achievements was to check the discussions tab on steam, either reply to someone or post a new thread yourself and hope for the best that you can play with someone.
