The achievement is quite simple.

1. Target a body part.
2. Deal enough damage to that body part (with a weapon or drone) until the X prompt would normally appear.
3. Finish off the enemy using one of the drone’s weapons.
4. Repeat for the remaining body parts.

PS: The torso is also required for the achievement, despite the word ‘limb’.
