I got this on my 28th day in the Inspector Mode, and its a little difficult because you can't pit maneuver the truck with your tiny car.
The best way to do this is wait for a sharp turn, as we all know the chase is endless and you are just gonna be circling around the map, so when a left turn is about to come stay on the left side and stay at the front tires and gun it in the opposite direction (right side in this scenario).
