This one's pretty simple. In Chapter 12, immediately drive as far left as you can, so that the main island and smaller island with the shipwreck is on your right. You want to stick to the edge of the map.
Keep going until you see a dolphin jump out of the water, then head over to where you saw it. A dialogue should happen between Nathan and Sam, and you should notice the dolphin swimming alongside the boat. Keep going until you see another dolphin, and repeat. Do this one last time and you should get the achievement.
