Doors will turn yellow when survivors are interacting with them, going to a yellow door will grant you an interrupt. You also gain an interrupt if a survivor tries using a door you are currently in.
You do not need to hook nor mori the survivor, simply grabbing them out of the office is enough to progress this.
The easiest way to do this achievement is to sit in the doors all game, keeping an eye out for survivors going between doors and being ready to interrupt when one turns yellow. You will likely get somewhere around 0-2 interrupts a game so this takes patience as generally people dont seem to use the security doors much as of writing this.
