this is buggy, but can be fixed.
I was stuck on 4,999,999.5. I made sure my clothes shop was empty, then placed 1 T-shirt on the shelf and marked the price at 0.5 and as soon as it sold, the achievement unlocked.
Basically, you need to sell one item to make up the missing amount.
