Same as Qinghe achievement. Collect all the available oddities.
Please note that, similar to Qinghe, you need to collect a lot more Oddities than you need to give away to unlock Melody paths.
You can track oddity progress in Journal > Sentient beings or go to Steam > Game profile > My achievements and see the progress bar.
