Getting this requires you to get 7000 shekleaves.
To get this you need to finish the Entrance, Basement, and half of the pool to increase leaf value up by 75%.
Depositing leaves into don't count to area completion. Just picking them up and bagging then counts.
I started by doing the porch first, upgrading hands along the way, then bagging everything after that.
Keeping all the bags near a bin until completing half of the pool.
After getting the leaf value increases to 175%, I went back and deposited all the bags, then continued to just do a 100% run.
