I used Megalo Menya Moonspell from the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC.
She cannot be damaged at all and starts with a hidden 108 Bocce, which doesn't count as a weapon for this achievement (as of 30th Oct, 2025).
All that was needed was to banish any weapons that came up on level up and build some PowerUps.
Xizor ArgusYou can also seal every DLC pack in the Collection (including the base game) so the only possible things you can get from level ups are passives.
