This achievement is unlocked by completing the main story of the “Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt” DLC. Beating the main story is reccomended due to story spoilers and high-level content.

To begin, fast travel to the “Hunter’s Grotto” location to start the DLC. Follow the linear Main Quest chain to unlock the final quest “The Fall of Nakayama.” Defeating Dr. Nakayama unlocks this achievement.
