Just to clarify, this is not obtained in the very first chamber you enter in Chapter 8.
The chamber related to this achievement is the one with TEST written on the wall, not the one with all the box/turrets running around.
When Wheatley tells you to solve the puzzle, simply wait for about 30 seconds without touching anything.
