SPOILERS AHEAD

Just to clarify, this is not obtained in the very first chamber you enter in Chapter 8.

The chamber related to this achievement is the one with TEST written on the wall, not the one with all the box/turrets running around.

When Wheatley tells you to solve the puzzle, simply wait for about 30 seconds without touching anything.
Jarie SuisenFrustratingly, this can only be obtained via Story Mode because Challenge Mode skips right past it. So hopefully you get it in your first try or else you are lucky enough to have placed a manual save file right at the start of the chapter (or not long before in ch. 7) that you can reload.

Mattyovers2552You can actually just load up the Story Mode version without having a manual save. After completing the Story Mode at least once, simply select New Game at the Main Menu, and it will give you an option to select a chapter. Simply select Chapter 8.
