Say as many paranormal things as possible. You believe in ghosts and things beyond our realm of understanding, regardless of what Kim says.

The Bookshop owner is a brilliant way to get as many of these dialogue options, just don't worry about what Kim thinks of you and go full on ghost hunter.

Do things like try and summon the entity in the furnace, accuse the diemaker of being the malignant entity as much as possible and bring up the curse as much as possible siding with the fact that the curse is real.

Other than that, try doing things like talking to the corpse though ESP, any dialogue option that works more on "gut feeling" and so on. Anything paranormal, choose that option.

Having high Inland Empire is the way to go here, as that is part of it's schtick.
