Once you unlock your third area (the section with the large floating piggy bank). Take the ladder and place it against the basketball hoop. Purchase the money gun and fill it with as much money as you can.
Then climb onto the ladder and aim down through the basketball hoop and shoot the money gun through it. Rince and repeat until you hit over 200 points.
