Easy to do, takes time. When injured, heal yourself with a medkit or self heal by running down in the basement. The issue here is getting away from the killer and hoping they dont persue. You leave scratch marks and blood pools so its not exactly easy either. Best option, if you really want this achie, is to take a protection hit while killer is after another surv and then flee and hope they dont persue and rush to the basement.
