You can get this during your first time playing the level since you have Green Arrow who obviously has a bow and arrow weapon. Whenever there's an enemy on screen, shoot at them with the arrows. There's also an area filled with enemies that keep endlessly spawning from tents, kill them all with Green Arrow's arrows and get the achievement.
