You must earn five gold medals across all missions on any difficulty. You can obtain a maximum of 2 medals for each mission.
The 2 kinds of Medals you can earn are as followed;
Medal of Ruthlessness: Destroy all towers for that given mission (when possible - some missions vary).
Medal of Efficiency: Do not lose any units during the mission.
