You will more than likely get this through simply playing the game, use the abilities you collect from air drops and on the 100th use the achievement will unlock.
It does not require 100 uses of the same ability, just 100 uses of abilities overall
This is cumulative and can be done over any amount of mission playthroughs on any difficulty.
