This one's easy: Get the upgrade so you can keep the "bouncy grenades" in your inventory. Go to the Arffalo (the big bug with armor on it's back), go near a cliff, put the grenade on the ground between you and the Arffalo and shoot the creature. It will charge towards you, ignoring everything in it's path and step on the bouncy goo.
