Same thing as with Bonded.
Doesn't matter who you pick to go with in Act 3, when it comes to choice of either admitting your feelings or saying "I'm glad we're friends" or something similar to it. You need to pick the one that admits Clem's feelings. Luckily it doesn't autosave afterwards so you can just go back to the main menu and redo the section if needed.
