This one's pretty tricky to do.
Press M to open the map; in the right corner, you'd see "World Activity." Under it, there should be "Daily Ops." Click on it to join, but be careful; you need to be at least level 50+. To get the achievement, you need to complete the Daily Ops in less than 8 minutes (that's why I said it's tricky). But the easiest way to do it is to search "Public Teams" and join a team for events, then join the "Daily Ops," and there should be some high-level players. Play the ops until you finish it.
