Background information
  • Import/Export side mission is unlocked after buying Wang Cars showroom and completing Zeroing In, Test Drive and Customs Fast Track. It requires you to deliver 30 vehicles in total (10 vehicles per 1 list).
  • However, there is a glitch that allows you to mass export a single vehicle multiple times.
  • The upside is that it essentially removes the need to look for cars after list 1 (you still will have to deliver list 1 normally), saving a lot of time and making this achievement quite trivial.
  • The downside is that the import list will be filled with the mass exported vehicle, so your choice won't be as diverse compared to doing this normally.
  • Completing Import/Export is required for

Preparations
  • As I've mentioned before, you still will have to deliver list 1 vehicles normally, it includes: Sentinel, Feltzer, Sanchez, Camper, Buffalo, Admiral, Remington, Stretch, Patriot, and Infernus.
  • Gladly, 6 out of 10 vehicles have fixed spawns in San Fierro itself (see them here), so the only you'll need to be on the lookout for are Sentinel (can easily be obtained after 555 WE TIP from traffic or after Wu Zi Mu's first mission Mountain Cloud Boys), Feltzer (can be obtained after 555 WE TIP from traffic), Remington (can be obtained from traffic in San Fierro, otherwise can be obtained from a fixed spawn at Unity Station in Los Santos but only when wanted for export) and Admiral (spawns quite frequently in traffic in San Fierro). To set up the glitch, you also will have to find a second copy of one of these cars.
  • You also need to be on the lookout of one list 2 car, it'll be used to set up the glitch. Most commonly spawned list 2 cars in San Fierro are Stallion and Sabre.
  • To make things easier, store two identical list 1 cars in your Doherty Garage, store a list 2 car there too. Other cars can be stored wherever you like. Now you can finally do the set up.
Set up
!!!MAKE A SAVE BEFORE PROCEEDING!!!
  • Drive out one of the copies of list 1 car, drive out list 2 car. Now what you need to do is push one car with another all the way to export ship.
  • After making your way there, drive list 1 car onto the ship and park it before the marker and exit the car.
  • Jump down and enter list 2 car, also drive it onto the ship and park it behind list 1 car.
  • Now you need to carefully push list 1 car into the marker with list 2 car. The trick is to stop list 2 car a second before list 1 car stops in the marker (you'll see a prompt saying "This vehicle is not required for export." briefly).
  • If after the cutscene it says "Earnings: $0" then the glitch is successfully set up. If you get any amount of money for that, you've failed and need to reload the save.
  • Now go back to the garage and deliver the same list 1 car you've used for the set up. This is how it looks in actual gameplay.
  • Once that's done, proceed with delivering the rest of list 1 cars normally. However, make sure to leave Infernus as your last delivery (worth $95k in pristine condition).
  • Before delivering Infernus, check your day of week. Since you've made a glitched delivery first, the list 2 car you used to do it will be available for import on Saturday. Save until it's Saturday night (to have as much time as possible) and deliver Infernus. Whatever money you get for delivering Infernus, you will also get for each mass export delivery later.
  • That concludes the set up process. By this point your stats should say "Number of vehicles exported: 11 out of 30". Now you can actually start mass delivering.
Mass deliveries
  1. Make sure you have either Micro SMG or Tec-9 with at least 50 ammo. It's very important.
  2. Get on the NRG-500 parked in the nearby hangar and approach the import/export blackboard. If you've started the NRG-500 challenge, you can either complete it or wait till the timer rans out.
  3. Buy whatever list 2 car you've used for glitched delivery.
  4. Drive onto the ship on the bike.
  5. Exit the bike at the stairs, run to car you bought and drive to the same place you left your bike at, exit the car, get on the bike.
  6. Drive to the blackboard and buy the same car again.
  7. Drive onto the ship again, exit the bike, enter the car you've parked at the stairs and drive it into the approximate marker position (it should be 1.5 car body behind, lower right corner of the car you've just bought. Example).
  8. Exit this car and enter the one you've bought, drive to the same place you left your bike at.
  9. Exit the car, get on the bike and also drive into the marker and park facing the car (you can see that the marker has reappeared). Be careful to not crash into the car as it'll break the glitch and you'll have to reload the save before delivering Infernus.
  10. If done correctly, you should see the prompt "This vehicle is not required for export." Stay on the bike and shoot the car with Micro SMG/Tec-9.
  11. After that, a delivery cutscene should play. If after the cutscene you've gotten the same amount of money as for Infernus, everything worked and you may now proceed to do repeat steps 6 - 10 17 more times. This is how it looks in actual gameplay.
  12. Once your "Number of vehicles exported" says "29 out of 30", deliver the leftover car and the achievement should pop after you skip the cutscene. Proof of that.
Although it seems like a very complex process, in actuality it is very trivial and easy to get the hang of. Compared to casually looking for all 30 cars, this is much much easier and faster to do. It is also more profitable that way.
