Best done at the very start of the game
Main method:
- After gaining control, get into a closest car
- Run over balla/cop/drug dealer to get a gun
- Drive to East Beach, get out of the car and blow it up (if got 1 star, switch to fists to avoid being shot by cops, kill any gang members shooting you)
- Wait till the firetruck arrives
- Shoot the driver, get in and start the mission.
Alternative method:
- After gaining control, drive to the LS fire station (located in Commerce district, near a skating park)
- Get into the firetruck
- Drive to East Beach
- Start the mission
