This is around the Tamagotchi duck with a Tamagotchi for a head. There will be a few stages. Once the egg hatches, you'll have to keep feeding it, and the game will force you to take breaks in between when the duck has a heart above it's head. Fill up the meter and it will go into the next phase of life. Continue to do that until it's grown and the achievement pops.
