You can get this one in mission 13, Going Dark. You have to shut the power off to 1 building as a mission objective, the other 3 are optional unless you want this trophy. The 3 you’ll need are The Pool, The Clocktower & The Church. They’re very easy to find, make your way up to the junction box and shut down the power. If you fail / die just restart and have another go. Once you’ve shut down the power to the fourth and final building your achivement will unlock.
