You can get this one in Mission 5, Clean House. When you’re proceeding to the 2nd floor you have to use your NVG’s. When you’re on the stairs leading up, stop halfway and shoot through the door to your right, kill the enemy in there thus saving Alpha 3-2, when successful your achivement will unlock.
