After advancing to the National Championship is the high school all star game. Start a season (pick any team you want), preferably one of the top teams (or create one) with a ton of money available. Next, select My College, then Upgrade Tier. Select tier 3. This should unlock:

Maximum FootballBuilderThe Builder achievement in Maximum Football worth 28 pointsUpgrade stadium for the first time

Maximum FootballLegroomThe Legroom achievement in Maximum Football worth 28 pointsUpgrade a stadium to tier 2 in any Gridiron mode

Maximum FootballLike a rock!The Like a rock! achievement in Maximum Football worth 31 pointsUpgrade a stadium to the top tier in any Gridiron mode


Next, select Stadium Select and purchase the next stadium. This should unlock:
Maximum FootballNew LookThe New Look achievement in Maximum Football worth 60 pointsUpgrade a stadium to tier 1 in any Gridiron mode


Now, select My Coach, then Coach Info. Now, Extend Contract. This should unlock:
Maximum FootballAnother YearThe Another Year achievement in Maximum Football worth 74 pointsGet an extended contract as Coach in any Gridiron mode



Now, we're ready for the high school all-star game. Select advance to regular season from the Main tab, then play game and then start. Now, simulate season. If your team did well enough, you should unlock:
Maximum FootballTrophy WinnerThe Trophy Winner achievement in Maximum Football worth 60 pointsWin a player accolade/trophy in any Gridiron mode


Finally, select advance to offseason, then play High School All-Star game. Pick a side, and then select start. Now, win the game. As long as you win, you should unlock:
Maximum FootballHS All StarThe HS All Star achievement in Maximum Football worth 74 pointsWin the High School all star game in any Gridiron mode


NOTE: It took me two tries to unlock the achievement, so it may be buggy.
