When finding a HEX-machine (you'll find one twice: Once in the Art Gallery, once in the cinema's projector room. This achievement can be obtained during both), enter the Word "DECADE" and hit the green enter button.
NOTE:
The achievement might also trigger with the word "C0FFEE". I am unsure about this.
