The easiest way I've found to unlock this achievement is to buy the "Scapegoat" augmentation which makes it so that whenever you mistype, instead of breaking your Perfect Input streak, it will destroy one of your drones.

Next, make sure you get the "Hunter" and "Spectre" drones and type away. If you're fast enough, you will never run out of drones which will in turn never break your Perfect Input streak. If you want even more security, you can get any upgrades that will increase the duration of your Hunters and Spectres which will basically guarantee you this achievement.

You can get 1000x Perfect Input on any Trial but I would recommend going for it on Trial 2 as you don't have to worry about the Poet and his text, which could break your streak as drones do not spawn when you type Poet's text, while fighting the Scrambler on Trial 2 does give you drones when you type out his scrambled words.
