It was easier to do at Normal difficulty than Easy Difficulty for some reason. Computer tends to do more meaningful moves than random stuff that makes the game go longer on Easy.

Can't really give a solution because the movements of computer are random but use strategy to win the fastest possible and you should get it in 10 games or less.

You have to do it on Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe mode.
