In Talion's attribute tree, you can unlock additional rune slots for his sword. You begin with one unlocked, and so will need to unlock two additional rune slots. The two additional runes will cost 60 and 180 Mirian, respectively, meaning that you need 240 Mirian to unlock your rune slots and this achievement.
