To obtain this achievement I saved up a pipe bomb the entire campaign (any campaign works) until I found a grenade launcher.
Once you have a launcher, wait for a horde or car alarm to summon a large group of zombies. Throw your pipe bomb into an area where they will all gather around it and shoot the group with your grenade launcher.
I found Dark Carnival to be the best campaign option when going for this achievement.
