You need to topple 12 different things, you dont need to hit someone for the thing to count.

NOT use a toolkit to leave the theater or you won't have enough to complete the graveyard as the Statue and the gravestones require one kit each. (thanks Sky)
1- The shelf - Theatre - On top of the dog that introduces the mechanic
2- Barrel - Catacombs - The one near the Tremendous Centipede
3- Rock - Catacombs - The one that harms/kills the monitor lizard
4- Slime Pillar - Graveyard - The first that changes the Gelatinous cube patrol path
5- Slime Pillar - Graveyard - The Second that changes the Gelatinous cube patrol path
6- Tombstones - Graveyard - The ones close to the gelatinous cube and fall on top of the group of undead
7- Log - Graveyard - Close to where the healer hides
8- Cart - Upper Graveyard - Rolls over skeleton champion crusher
9- Iomedae Statue - Upper Graveyard - Can only be toppled if the mage is still alive
10- Barrel - Rich Quarter - Near the stables
11- Barrel wall - Rich Quarter - The two barrels that drop from the wall
12- Cart - Rich Quarter - Near the end of the area
